Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of services by AR Research referred to as “the Agency”, “we”, “us”, or “our”. By engaging our services, the client referred to as “you” or “the Client” agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
- Services
The Agency provides digital services including but not limited to website design and development, digital marketing, branding, search engine optimisation, social media management, and consultancy services. The scope of services will be agreed in writing prior to commencement.
- Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to provide accurate information, content, approvals, and feedback in a timely manner. Delays caused by the Client may impact project timelines and delivery dates.
- Fees and Payment
All fees are outlined in the agreed proposal or invoice. Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule. Failure to make payment may result in suspension or termination of services.
- Refund Policy
- Refunds are entertained within a 30-day period from the date of payment.
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days of payment. Refunds will be assessed based on the stage of work completed and the nature of the services provided.
- The Agency reserves the right to deduct reasonable costs for work already completed, resources allocated, or third party expenses incurred.
- No refunds will be provided after the 30-day period has elapsed.
- Project Changes and Revisions
Any changes outside the agreed scope may result in additional charges and revised timelines. Revisions included in the service package will be specified in the proposal.
- Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the Client will own the final approved deliverables unless otherwise stated. The Agency retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless agreed otherwise in writing.
- Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the project.
- Limitation of Liability
The Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of its services. Liability is limited to the total fees paid by the Client for the services.
- Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, the Client will be liable for payment of work completed up to the termination date.
- Force Majeure
The Agency shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
- Amendments
The Agency reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
